Private room in a quiet neighborhood

I’m a 30 year old woman looking for another woman to share my home! I have an open bedroom and your own bathroom. Bedroom is sparsely furnished if required. Main floor has living, kitchen, dining, and laundry. Basement has a bonus room and a living room that’s currently unused. I live in a quiet neighborhood near Easter Lake on the southside. Outside I have a large deck and backyard. I also have a small flock of chickens in the backyard so the house comes with free eggs!
