Living room space for rent in Allied Gardens

We are looking for someone to rent out our living room space starting October 1st. It’s spacious with a big sleeper couch (also have an extra twin mattress if you prefer). We live in Allied Gardens and our community has many amenities including pools, hot tubs, communal spaces, fire pits and close to Mission Valley. Attaching some photos of the community It’s currently me and my sister who occupy both of the bedrooms, we are both believers. Price is negotiable at this time. Ideal for a single guy (or girl) who is a minimalist and doesn’t spend much time at home. Must love cats 🐈‍⬛ (we have 2 of them)
