Unfurnished room in beautiful mountain home

Beautiful mountain home in a quiet neighborhood in the woods, 15 minutes to Nederland and 30 minutes to Boulder. Rent is for one bedroom, shared office space, and shared kitchen and common space. Utilities are covered by me! Home is on multiple acres with a rock outcropping that has sweeping views, plans for a garden next year, and walkable to miles of public forest land. Home is free of all synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals, making it a safe and welcoming space for those with chemical sensitivities and fragrance allergies :)
