Unfurnished room in a completely furnished house

I have a room for rent in Carrollton, lease beginning October 1! You’d be joining me (I’m 32) and one other female (30) and my two pups. We’re both believers and are hoping to get a roommate who is too 🤍 we’re both very clean and prefer a roomie who doesn’t mind keeping up with the same standards as well. Home is under 10 min from Dallas North Tollway, President George Bush Hwy, i35 and 121!! Rent is $900/mo and we split utilities every month (usually about $150-$200/mo each). Willing to do short term and month to month lease with 60 day notice. Room is unfurnished and fits a queen size bed and a couple dressers and has a large walk-in closet. Dimensions of room: a little larger than 10ft x 10ft Dimensions of closet: 5ft x 5ft 2in It’s a shared bathroom situation with my other roommate, but she’s very clean. The rest of the home is furnished, including just about anything you’d need in the kitchen. We’re open to a male or female roomie! Non-smoking. No cats.
