Furnished or unfurnished room in Colorado

I have cost set at $750 a month utilities included, with a $400 refundable security deposit. It is a second story hotel style condo. Theres people below us. But nobody above. So it’s pretty quiet. The room itself can be furnished or unfurnished. It is a shared bathroom with one other person. I’ll send pictures. It does have a fresh coat of paint since the pictures were taken. There is a parking lot which sometimes has parking available. But there’s also street parking right behind that’s easily accessible. With it being on the north side of the powers corridor, it’s pretty safe. Easy access to grocery stores and shopping areas. Currently living there, is my sister and another girl. I’m currently out of state on a contract and will be moving back in December. So if you move in November the first month you’d be living with 2 other people and then starting December it would be 3. We are all Christians and hoping to find a like minded roommate.
