Guest bedroom with Shared Bathroom Available

Hello! I own a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Surprise near Bell Road and the 303 freeway with one guest bedroom available for rent immediately. Looking for Christian men. Rent is $800 per month for the guest bedroom with a shared bathroom with 1 other person. The room is unfurnished, but the common areas of the house are furnished. It is located in an HOA community with lots of parks and is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and (my favorite) Costco. There are two other guys living there now, so it would be a total of 3 people living there. PM me or comment on this post for more details. Thank you!!
