One room for young woman in Denver!

Hello!! We are looking to fill one room in our cozy home in athmar park (southwest denver)!! Logistics - Move-in = late May - 4 roomies (looking for a 5th) - Rent = 700/month + utilities - Shared bathroom with 2 others - A covered parking spot ✨ - Spacious backyard with 4 garden beds - No pets - No smoking - No significant-other sleepovers (sorry… thin walls) House vibes are fun- we love movie nights, dinner parties, and back porch hangs :)) all of us have different hobbies & work & pals & church commitments keeping us busy as well!! We value kind, honest, uplifting, and God-honoring communication. Everyone contributes to a clean space and respectful boundaries of roommates as well :) Location is epic- 5 minutes from 1-25 and 6th so easy city & mountain access. Close to sloan’s lake, wash park, and south broadway if you like long walks and fun brews. Landlord is amazing and accommodating! Hit us up if you’re interested!!
