2 Roommates Needed for Townhouse

I am in search of 2 roommates! I currently rent this place, and I have been here for a little over a year. One room has its own bathroom and a walk in closet, so that room is $850 per month. The other room shares a bathroom and is a little smaller, so that room is $725 a month. The home is in the center of church alley in Phoenix, so it is a great location with lots of churches around. It is walking distance from the trail on Central Avenue and within a few minutes of any shopping centers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the landlords are fantastic and amazing to work with!
