Furnished Room with Private Bath | Ladies Only | 4 Months (Possibly Longer if Great Fit!)

Hello! My mother I are looking for a temporary roommate for a room we have available in McKinney, TX. For now, we are only looking to finish out our lease here until the end of September, however if it turns out to be a great fit, we could extend the lease. Rent is $900/mo + 1/3 of the bills ✨About the space:✨ The room is private with an attached bathroom at the front of the house, making it easy to come and go as you please. Both of our rooms are upstairs, which gives you added privacy. You would have free use of the front living room (pictured), if desired and of course full use and access to the kitchen and laundry room (also pictured.) The room is currently furnished but can be cleared out (The curtains pictured can also be removed) You would be able to park in the driveway. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. We keep the home clean & non-smoking. Pets: preferably not, but maybe on a case-by-case basis. We have a dog who was a rescue and is skittish around bigger dogs, but she does get along with most smaller dogs. A little more about us: my mother (62) and myself (38) are currently “roomies” helping each other out at our current stages in life. We’re low-key and mostly keep to ourselves, I work from home (my office is upstairs) and my mother is a home stager so she’s on the go and stays busy.
