Unfurnished room in Christian household in south Austin

Peaceful home nestled in a quiet but south-centrally located neighborhood of Austin. The room is small with a shared bath, but there is extra storage in a hallway closet and the garage should that be needed. We highly value prayer and community as well as respect for one another when needing time alone. We also value a tidy space and share chores through a rotating chore chart system. Our landlord is wonderful, we do not have to mow the lawn, and the neighborhood is very safe. We generally reserve the home for our own recharging, so rarely host or have more than one visitor at a time. Praying for the right fit!
