1 bed / 1 bath in a 2/2 apartment in HB Fully furnished

For Christian dudes ONLY! Sweet setup, 2/2 with parking and a back patio. You would have your own room and bathroom. My roommate is super cool he is also a young guy and works full time. He is a strong believer. I am looking for a fellow young man of god to take over my room while I do some overseas missions work. Room is available as soon as you need it as early as October 1st. Lease runs through next summer like June-ish. We are both very clean so you do need to be clean. No deposit required just 1st months rent. I have a huge closet, I'd like to leave some stuff in there if it's okay in which case I'd pay $50 / month to do so, but if not no worries I can get a storage unit. All furniture in the bedroom is included, bed, desk, shelves, carpet, etc. The mattress is less than a year old and very nice.
