Rent is $750 and $850 a month, plus $150 for utilities, so $900 (1 room) and $1,000 (2 rooms) total each month. The house is a modern build with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and the other two share a Jack and Jill. There's a huge kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a workout space, a backyard, and a porch, plus plenty more. It's a standard one-year lease with one month's rent as a security deposit. You get the full deposit back after the final walkthrough when you move out, as long as there's no major damage (like holes in the walls). Getting around is easy. There's a bus station about a 3-5 minute walk from the house, and it takes around 20–25 minutes to get to the hotel by bus. If you have a bike or scooter it's about 20 minutes, and by car it's only about 9. The neighborhood is really safe. We're right by a school and about a mile from the Titans' training facility. We've lived here for a year now and haven't had or heard of any issues. As for house rules, they're pretty simple: clean up after yourself in the shared spaces, no smoking, no weapons, no pets and just general courtesy. I think you'd really like it here.
