We plan on taking all of our decor out so the new tenant can make it their own if they so please! The current decor was just quickly thrown on. Solo roommates only! No couples. Rent includes utilities, WiFi, and everything else, so there are no additional monthly utility bills to worry about. This also includes basic needs such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. We will provide these things and have included such in price. 🏊‍♀️ Resort-style community We live in a beautiful complex with great amenities, including: • Pool & hot tub • Very nice fitness center/gym • Well-maintained community 🐈 A little about us: We have two very friendly Siamese cats who love people! However, we are not able to accommodate additional pets, so we are looking for a pet-free roommate. Our cats are not allowed in the guest room, and we keep the room closed at all times. Mike - he is in the Navy as an anircraft electrician and a big gamer in his off time! Katie- server at a restaurant and currently going back to school. Mostly found hiking or beaching on my off days! We’re very lowkey. 🧽 Cleanliness is important to us! We are a very clean household and are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping their space clean and is respectful of shared spaces.
