Half-Room Available in Costa Mesa (women)

Shared room for a young woman available in Costa Mesa beginning on Oct 16th! $785/month plus utilities ($850ish total). Our apartment is a double-master (2bd/2ba). The available room + bathroom is shared with another roommate, but you get a full closet to yourself. (See yellow area in photos) The other roommate is 21yrs old, and is a bubbly, high-energy personality who often stays up late. Someone who is similar in age and temperament would be a good fit! We keep common areas very clean, though this bedroom is a bit messier. :) The other room has a pair of women who are 28 and 31. All of us work full-time, but students are welcome! Apartment is second-story with a balcony, and is in a peaceful, beautiful complex with pools, a gym, tennis courts, great parking, and other amenities. Applicants must be responsible and respectful, with strong communication/conflict resolution skills (important when sharing close spaces).
