2 bed 2 bath, so you’d have private room/bath, in a gated condominium community in Laguna Niguel! Parking pass included, in home washer/dryer, gym and pool/hot tubs. Room comes partially furnished(u can take down/put up as much decor as you’d like), decent size closet and room with a west facing window so it gets tons of natural light (that I’m so jealous of), tv in room (netflix/hbo/hulu/disney+ etc can be logged in if you don’t have an account:)). Ready NOW Rent is $1500+utilities I have 2 pups who are so sweet, I take them out to parks/beaches at least 4 times a week and my larger one is in his kennel when I am not home, they are very well behaved and super loving dogs, but they’ll stay out of your way. I work about 4 nights a week as a server, and I do volunteer work at my church 1-3 times every week and I’m finishing up my last few courses at CSUF so I’m pretty busy. I live a pretty quiet calm lifestyle outside of work with the occasional night out here and there. I love concerts & the beach and living just overall a pretty busy life.
