Unfurnished Room for Rent

Hello, I have a room for rent that’s available to anyone who is interested and the Lord aligns us. I’m asking for the price listed but that isn’t including utilities and WiFi which range $400 combined so that would be roughly another $200 on top of the asking amount depending on our usage. On top of the room you will have your own bathroom, access to a full-size washer and dryer, and you would also have access to an in-home gym that’s in the garage with an Olympic sized barbell, a treadmill, free weights, bands, a bike, and a rower. The kitchen is available for full use as well but I don’t have any downstairs furniture at the moment. There is no street parking in this neighborhood so you would have to consider that if you have more than one vehicle but my vehicle is small so you would be able to park next to mine in the back by the garage. Feel free to message me with any additional questions. Also you’ll notice I posted two rooms, and both are available but you can chose which one you’d like more. One has a balcony with outside access and the other does not. Both of the rooms are adjacent to your own bathroom
