Sunny Room with a Lush Garden, Two Cats and a mature housemate

I'm looking for someone to live with, moreso than someone to pay rent. By that I mean that I want someone who will also tend the garden, love the cats, share meals occasionally, and collaborate on basic life things. Because this is a bit more like dating and I'm more keen on bringing the right person in, I'm setting rent low. Also, the house is furnished and I don't want to have a hodgepodge of things, so I'm not open to converging non-personal things into the house. About me- 46F. INFJ adapted to be an ENTP, but working on giving myself more room to exist. I have creative pouring out my ears, but I'm getting a workshop space to move the messy stuff out of the house. I'm a liberal catholic and I do pray often. There are seasons where the house is in Lent or Advent mode. There are altars and crosses in common areas. My resume has so many cool projects on it. I am a mix of project coordinator, decipher of poorly defined desires, engineering to reality translator and badass equipment operator / spontaneous superhero. ... slash bull in a china shop. I am transitioning my career from being an engineer to a sculptor and writer. Lately, I'm deeply enamored with Early Church History. If you tempt me, I'll talk at length about it and maybe even read to you. Basic rules: We should try to be a good influence on each other. No heavy drinking, smoking, drugs, poly or more pets (the two cats would not approve.) Go to bed at a sane time. I am not okay with New Age Pagan Mystic Witchcraft Occult practices. I am appreciative of the LGBTQ community and I am an ally. Behavior (including "education" or "friendly debates") that is dehumanizing or segregating is intolerable. The house has no TV, and I try to not fall into my cellphone. It would be ideal to find a roommate who also tries to regulate their screen time, including video games.
