Beautiful townhome in Lakewood

Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful townhouse with a garage near the Green Mountain area in Lakewood. It’s right off of C470 and Alameda, just mins from I-70, Red Rocks, Golden, and endless hiking trails in the front range. There are two of us who are both nurses, I work days, the other girl works nights. I have a sweet, mellow golden retriever and open to pets. We are both Christian and looking for a girl who shares similar values. We both love hiking, biking, climbing, country dancing, and snowboarding. The bedroom available has a shared bathroom, it’s $950 + utilities (around $50-$60). It will be available as early as May 1st and has a garage space.
