🏡 BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM FOR RENT

A bedroom with a private bathroom is available in an owner-occupied home. The renter will have access to the shared kitchen and common areas. The home will be shared by only two people—the homeowner and one renter. No additional roommates. I am a Christian woman, active in my faith and ministry. Prayer, Bible reading and Christian programming are part of my daily home life, so I am seeking a respectful roommate who will be comfortable in this environment. Rent: $650 per month, including utilities No smoking, drugs, parties or overnight guests. The roommate must be clean, responsible, respectful and financially dependable. Identification, proof of income, references, background check, security deposit and a written rental agreement are required.
