Jan 1st. - Looking for Female Roommate in cozy Fall City home <3

Hi All! I've rented this sweet house in Fall City, WA since November of 2023. It's a 2bd/1ba with a 1 car garage that is currently just used for storage and a home gym. It is surrounded by fields and horse property so it feels more rural even though it is a short commute to surrounding cities. I'm looking for a female roommate to fill the other bedroom in my house, available starting Jan. 1st! 🙂 A little bit about me: 32yrs old. Born and raised in CA, lived on the East Coast for 8yrs and moved to WA to be closer to family in 2021. I attend Reach Church and am part of a small group in Issaquah. Aspiring crunchy girl trying to live a non-tox life! I love a good adventure, hiking, trail running, camping, backpacking, but also love a good cozy day in. Love to read, spend quality time with family & friends, but also enjoy the occasional evening out such as a causal dinner or playing music bingo at the local bar & grill. Basically trying to live a balanced life with reasonable boundaries lol. I'm a first responder for a local fire department, so I'm gone at least twice a week for 24hrs at a time, sometimes 48-72hrs. I prioritize my sleep, especially while off shift and value a quiet, peaceful environment in the evening and typically turn in early. I have a 1yr old Golden Retriever named Franklin - he's my buddy and I'm sure would be yours too! A little bit about what I'm looking for in a roommate: Someone who is willing to do parts of life together and occasionally make time for each other to build relationship. Not trying to force friendship, just would genuinely love to know each other, have fun, and have a foundation for living together. Loves Jesus, mature, responsible, clean, helpful, conscientious, fun, peaceful, dog lover 😉 I avoid fragrances and try to only use non-toxic products in the house and would appreciate someone who is willing to do the same, at least for shared areas. Details: Rent: $1,100 ea (total rent is $2,200) Utilities: additional ~$100-150 ea (for PSE & trash), currently no WIFI (just use hot spots) but that be arranged if needed. Commutes: Issaquah, Sammamish, North Bend, Bellevue = ~15-20min, Mercer Island, Redmond = ~25-35min. Seattle = ~35-45min. Fall City: feels like a slice of the past, where kids play in the streets with neighbors and everyone knows each other! Aroma Coffee Co. & Treehouse Kitchen is a 20min walk/1mi away. Also a small market, butcher shop, ice cream shop, and cute mercantile that sells Carnation Farms grab and go food items are all a similar, short distance away in town. We do our own yard work, so willingness to help with mowing, weed wacking, weeding, etc. Raised garden beds! I usually tend a garden each year, you'd be welcome to share/use the space and help tend.
