Short-Term Roommate Wanted – $750, Garage Parking, Dog-Friendly

Looking for one or two roommates for a spacious 4-bedroom house, available now on a short-term basis (3-6 months). Rooms are unfurnished and upstairs, sharing the hallway bathroom (I use the master). The house has a nice kitchen with plenty of food storage, in-house laundry, a gas fireplace, a detached garage with a storage room, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit and plenty of firewood. Parking includes a garage spot, an uncovered spot in front, and street parking. Rent is $750/month with a $750 deposit, and utilities (internet, gas, electric, water, trash) run about $300/month total, split evenly. Dogs are welcome, and there's no smoking inside.
