Room available for CM in a four bedroom house in the Barcroft neighborhood of Arlington. Desired move-in as soon as possible. We are three CM young professionals looking for a CM housemate to ioin our 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the Barcroft area of Arlington. The two story brick house has an open floor plan on the first floor with excellent setup for hosting, patio/deck in the backyard, and room for extra storage in the basement. The house also features central AC/heat, a garage with space for one car (currently unused), and plenty of street parking. We are in an excellent. safe neighborhood near Alcova Heights Park and a 5 min drive to Harris Teeter. The house is conveniently situated about ten minutes from Shirlington, and ten minutes from Ballston. The room has a shared full upstairs bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the basement. As for the three of us, we are faithful Christian men seeking to live according to Scripture. Denominationally we are Anglican (ACNA), PCA, and Non-Denom. We have the occasional movie night or cocktail party, but no raucous carousing. Looking for someone quiet, respectful, and mid-20s - early 30s.
