Non furnished room for rent

I live in a Duplex which has washer , dryer in basement. And room enough to make a chill area if you want . Or storage. Also a small back yard w/patio , and a small garden area in backyard, and front yard. I live close to lake walking distance. Which to me thats a big perk! My place is pretty low key you could say. Neighbor hood is low key and safe! Close to freeway also. Theres only 1 bathroom So we have to share ..I always clean up after myself. No worries there. Im very easy to get along with ive got a great sense of humor. Im open minded to suggestions. The 850 includes internet, Utilities I do have a dog she is border collie/mix doesn't shed much . She is a sweetheart! Pictures of place was when I moved in 2 years ago. Female only work full time job..have own car ..pay rent on time .. We all got to survive thats why im putting a add out . Want a good team player that feels the same. 55 and up would be great for me Thanks
