Room available in adorable house in San Juan Capistrano

I am getting married at the end of August and sadly will be moving out and need someone to fill my room starting September 1. Our house is in an amazing location in San Juan Capistrano. River Street Marketplace is a short drive away, and we are walking distance to the Ecology Center and the San Juan Creek trail that takes you straight to Doheny Beach. The bedroom is 10x14 feet with a walk in closet. Great natural lighting and air flow through the window, plus an overhead fan for hot days. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls, but I have never had a problem waiting on anybody to use the bathroom. Rent is $1250/month. Our house has an incredible backyard, perfect for hosting friends. We have a garage where you can store a bike, surfboard, etc. We also have a washer/dryer in the garage. We have 2 driveway spots and plenty of street parking. All of the current roomies are in their mid 20s, Christian, keep shared spaces clean, and would be seeking someone similar who could mesh well with the group. Everyone is very outgoing and fun and always on the go. Bonus points if you are into surfing, hiking, going to the beach, having game nights etc. This house is an absolute dream and I am so sad to be leaving but it’s time for the next lucky person to get to move in!
