H Mart, Aldi, and In N Out are all down the street, with Target close by as well. MTS bus stop within a short walk at Mira Mesa Blvd & Black Mountain Rd. House has: * In-unit washer and dryer * Filtered drinking water * High-speed Wi-Fi * Full kitchen with refrigerator * A/C and heating * Garage space * 2 driveway parking spots (first come, first serve) + plenty of neighborhood street parking About your future roommates: Both guys who are 25.
