Unfurnished 2 bed, 1 bath with shared living

I have a split level home with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to spare. The shared living space would be the kitchen and dining room and laundry area. There is also a fully fenced in back yard and porch. The home is older but I am chipping away at upgrading and everything is kept clean and organized. The house is 5 minutes away from the University of Northern Colorado and 10 minutes from downtown Greeley. Rent includes utilities and WiFi. I prefer a quiet, lowkey home life and hoping to find the same. Happy to answer any other questions you have! I am praying for you!!
