This home is just off 223rd (also known as Eastman), which is a main road into Gresham. It is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic going through. Take a peaceful walk in the evenings or on the weekend around the neighborhood and to the local park. The house backs up to large fir trees and has a deck for summertime enjoyment. Only a few minutes from I84, so you have easy access to work or activities. It is very close to the Gorge, which has many hiking trails if you enjoy the outdoors. This listing is for one bedroom in a single level 3 bedroom home. The bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and smart TV. Towels, blankets, sheets and pillows are also available for use. The front room and kitchen are in the front of the house with bedrooms in the back. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Berkey water filtration, and a coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage. There are two bathrooms in the house. The tenant has a private bathroom, however it is also used by any guests. This house will be shared with the owner and her friendly chocolate lab, so a dog lover is a plus! The house is very quiet and a peaceful place to come home to after a full day.
