Furnished Master Bedroom with attached bath

I'm a single mom with an 11yo daughter. My 21yo soon is in college in Nacogdoches and comes home occasionally for a weekend or school holiday. We have 2 dogs who are loving and protective of their home. A lot of cooking happens here! I work from home, and my daughter does school at home two days a week, so the home is definitely lived in. There's a comfortable back porch with a few seating options and a gas fire pit for hanging out. I have a separate mid-size fridge you can use in the garage, and you can park in the driveway. All utilities included with rent including Internet and cable options including Amazon and Disney.
