I have a basement space available 5/1/26. It has a kitchenette, full bath, new carpet and is fully furnished. Entry to basement is adjacent to the garage door into the home, so not totally separate, but interaction with upstairs people is minimal. Shared laundry located in garage. I am looking for the right person and a longer term lease - someone who loves Jesus, has traditional values and is involved in a local church, works a steady job and doesn't mind the golden retriever who lives here. Rent includes utilities, high speed internet, regular pest control and carpet cleaning. $1100/month, please reach out if you are interested and in this price range.
