Furnished room and private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment

The apartment is usually tidy, calm drama free. You will have a furnished room and private attached bath. We will clean up after ourselves in the common areas. No surprise overnight guests but we can talk about visits from friends and family. No heavy/daily drinking or 420. If you are a mean or sloppy substance user, we are not a good fit. If you partake, that is your business but if it affects me because you have poor control, that is a problem. I am far from sinless but I try to keep the Holy Spirit in the home and in me. Aggressive personalities are not a good fit either. I am kind, compassionate, trustworthy and caring. I would like that in a roommate. I am a retired investigator and have dealt with some pretty rough people. I want those days to be over. I work on call as a pet care provider and I volunteer in the catering dept at my church. I love to cook and keep a tidy kitchen because I don’t like bugs. I am going through a divorce from my husband of 17 years because he had a mid-life crisis. He lives out of state and there is no contention. I’m just trying to start over and I need a calm, Godly and peaceful environment. Instead of moving to a more affordable place for a single person, I thought maybe a female roommate would work. I am pretty easy to get along with as long as there is mutual respect.
