Unfurnished Master Bedroom in Christian household

Hi there! 🌺 Looking for a female roommate who has no pets, and is looking for a room to rent starting June 1, 2026. I have a master bedroom with own bathroom available. $1400, utilities included in a private townhome community just 3 minutes from downtown HB. I'm looking for female roommate between 35 - 60 in age, who value a respectful, quiet, peaceful, drama free household. ** I prefer someone Christian or respects Christian values.
