Room for rent w/ parking space, convenient location

Room for rent in 2BR apartment. Includes dedicated parking space, balcony, private bathroom, living room, ample storage space. Location is very convenient, right across from Redstone plaza and moments away from i95. About me: I am a 32 year man old currently working at Starbucks. I split my Sundays serving on worship team at Netcast (Danvers) and granite United (my fiancés church in Haverhill). I like all playing music, coffee, and nature. The lease would be from July 1 to March 31 with the possibility to extend with a new roommate as I will be moving in preparation of marriage.
