Room in Christian household of Single Mom and 13 year old daughter

I own a cozy 3/2 home a street away from Lake Conroe where you can walk to the lake for swimming, fishing, etc. You will have your own private room and share a bathroom. The room is currently furnished with a couch and desk but can be removed so it is empty for your furniture. It’s just me and my daughter and we like to keep a pretty laid back atmosphere, but it is expected that we all pick up after ourselves and help each other with keeping the house clean. I work part time three mornings out of the week and the rest of the time I work from home. The listed rent includes utilities and internet. I’m looking for a lady who loves Jesus and loves for Him, like we do. I need someone with steady income and is responsible. I prefer you do not have in door pets, as we already have three cats.
