Hi all! One or both of my short-term summer roomies are moving out soon, so I am looking for one or two ladies to share the space in my new home in Smyrna. A little about me - I'm 37, a Christian, and I share the home with a friendly hypoallergenic Labradoodle (plus a few low-maintenance aquatic pets). The home is a spacious, townhouse-style condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and parking. It is just of Sam Ridley Parkway and has easy access to 1-24 : Master Suite: Fully furnished with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. It has its own couch and TV and feels like its own space within the home. $1050/month Second Bedroom: Bright, sunny room with two large windows and a shared bathroom: $900/month *Utilities are included in the rent. The home is clean, well-kept, and a pretty low-key environment (as my Gen Z sister would say :)). I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful, respectful, and comfortable shared space.
