Furnished Room with Semi-Private Bath in Quiet Neighborhood - Olympia

Welcome to "Crickhollow", my quiet little cottage in the Alpine Meadows neighborhood of Lacey. It is a three bedroom, two bath house occupied by myself and two rambunctious kittens, Jesse and James. The bedroom is bright and airy, with a southwest facing window. It is furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bed has generous sized underbed storage on rollers for easy access. The rental includes the semi-private hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination - it is only shared with day time visitors. There are full laundry and kitchen privileges as well; roommates will agree on a schedule for using the washer & dryer and some kitchen storage is available. An extra refrigerator is also available, if desired, for use in the room. THE IDEAL ROOMMATE: A single Christian man (working professional, student, or retired) who enjoys a quiet home with plenty of privacy. I enjoy the outdoors (hiking, the coast) as well as gaming and reading. I enjoy volunteering at my church. LOCATION: There is a bus stop at the entrance to our neighborhood. Central location near Interstate 5 offers easy access to both Tacoma and Olympia. NEARBY: JBLM Base, St. Martin's University, Nisqually Wildlife Preserve, and plenty of shopping in Lacey and beyond.
