Private room with shared bathroom in Rancho Bernardo

The apartment is clean, quiet, and located in a safe neighborhood in Rancho Bernardo. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout includes a private bedroom and a full bathroom shared with one other female roommate. My roommate and I are both working professionals. I work from home while the other roommate goes into the office. The home features a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, and the common areas (kitchen and living room) are spacious, well-maintained, and kept tidy. Utilities are ~$40/month.
