About the Space: • Rent: $1,000/month (Month-to-month lease with a 3-month minimum to start). Utilities and wifi are split in half each month, range from 60-100/month depending on month • Layout: Your bedroom is on the main level; the loft bedroom space is occupied by the current leaseholder. • Amenities: Private parking spot included, plus a shared bathroom, kitchen, living space, deck, and lake access. • Location: Walkable to stores, cafes, and the beach. It is also close to public transit and tech work shuttles, located near city bus lines 230, 231, and 255. A Little About Me: I am a Christian woman who loves Jesus and lives an active, creative life.
