Three-story Townhouse 3 bed 2.5 bathroom

3 story town home located at Lake Maggiore Apartment Complex. I am currently staying in my own apartment and looking to move into this townhome with a roommate. Very large space, includes a private balcony on each level. First level includes a hallway and garage. I am looking to move into to this space because I need the garage space as a warehouse for my small business. I am very willing to negotiate on the price for rent. Unit is a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom. Total is $3700, looking to split rent payment 60/40 with a roommate. I have a dog, he is well trained and friendly, others dogs are welcome (: Please feel free to text or call me for any additional information, God bless!
