Cozy Room in Cute Fall City Home

House is tucked away in the back of Fall City. It’s surround by fields and horse property. The home has a raised garden bed and multiple flower beds surrounding the home - filled with herbs, dahlias, and sunflowers come summer. House gets plenty of sunlight and has a gas fireplace to cozy up with in the winter. Hardwood floors throughout that were milled and planed by the landlord. Room available faces driveway and to the East so it gets plenty of morning sun. Fair warning that the two bedrooms share a wall so consideration of noise level is a must. There is a large finished attic and a 1-car garage for storage space. Currently have shelving and an at home gym set up in the garage.
