Apartment in Timber Creek Apartments, Greenwood Village, Colorado

I have not yet rented this apartment, but it's one I'm looking at and need a room mate to help pay for it. I'm moving out of my parents house and need to be out by the first of January, and I don't have a car, so my options are very limited. It was this, or a one bedroom or studio, and the one bedrooms and studios I could find that were in my price range were a little more ghetto than I would like, so I'm opting for a room mate instead. The reasons why I'm looking at this place is because it's within walking distance of my work, has two beds and two baths, a fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, dish washer, a garage which you can have to yourself since I don't drive, and a clubhouse with a pool, gym, and probably other ameneties too. The rent, split down the middle between us would be about 1000, give or take, though that's before factoring utilities, which we can plan out more if you're interested. They are doing a four weeks free special which will give us both time to get our finances in order. Let me know if you're interested. It would be preferable if we were in the same age bracket (21 to 29, roughly) but it's not required. Be aware: I have zero experience in this sort of thing, and I'm on the Autism spectrum, so please be patient with me when figuring things out, I'm trying my best.
