3 BD / 2 BTH in Ballston, VA | Quincy Plaza

Hey everyone! I’m leaving Ballston, VA + need someone to take over my lease (goes through June 2027) ASAP. You would live with two other Christian guys (early to mid 20s) - Will and Michael - and they are great guys to get along with! They are clean, organized, and respectable people. You would share a bathroom with one of them. Parking is not available in the building, but it is available offsite (additional monthly fee + not through the apartment complex, would be a monthly parking garage). The rent + utilities + WiFi is 1376 (fixed; it is a steal at this price!); however, I'm willing to negotiate lower here if needed. Room Specifications: Large room, can hold a queen bed and desk comfortably as well as a couch. Has a walk-in closet as well. Ideal Roommate Profile: Someone in their early to mid 20s, guy, clean, organized, doesn't need a car, and is ok with sharing a bathroom with my other roommate. Perks: You are very close to the metro - about a 5 min walk! There is free gym, pool, and maintenance is fast + easy. If you are interested, feel free to reach out + email/text me!
