One Bedroom, $700, Including All Utilities, Furnished with Bed, Shared Bathroom With Other Roommate

I am quiet. My roommate plays his video game in his room, and is out at times when he has his girlfriend (5 days a week, but only 2 days a week where they are in common area) and kids visit (every other weekend where they spend 2 days in the common area). You would also get 2 days a week to yourself in the common area. (We all get 2 days a week in the common area to ourselves.) I expect dishes not to be left in the sink, and nothing left in the common area. Room can be reasonably messy, but no leftover food. In the picture, I have a basketball game in there. When you move in, I would take it out and put the twin size bed in there. Peace, joy, love, and respect in the house. Of course, there will be conflict at times (because we all still have our flesh!), but we'll address it in a constructive, loving way together.
