Master Bedroom for rent Huntington Beach

🏡 ROOM FOR RENT | HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 🏡 Hi ladies! 🤍 I have a room available in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Huntington Beach starting October 1st (Possibly sooner move in if needed!) Rent is $1,670/month utilities included FEMALE ONLY ✨ About the room: • Master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet • Private bathroom with double vanity • Washer & dryer in unit • Your own designated parking spot in a carport • Located right off the 405 near Bella Terra • Convenient location with easy access to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, and the beach I will be adding a new dining room table and tv in the living room 🏖️ Community amenities: • Resort-style pool • Two hot tubs • 3-level fitness center/gym • Multi-level clubhouse with a rooftop area • Plenty of spaces to relax, work, and hang out No smoking, no couples and no pets 💕 A little about me: I’m 34 (turning 35 in just a few weeks! 🥳) and work at Hoag in Newport Beach Mon- Fri 7am-4pm I’m also a Christian girly! ✝️ I attend Mariners Church at both the Huntington Beach and Irvine locations. I serve as a greeter and sing with the Worship Collective. I also have an amazing life group that I meet with regularly. Outside of work and church, I love traveling, being outdoors, going to the beach, working out, and spending time with friends aka girls nights — whether that’s dinner, happy hour, wine nights, or just hanging out! I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, kind, and easygoing — someone who shares similar values and would be a good fit for the space and lifestyle. If you or someone you know is interested, feel free to message me and tell me a little bit about yourself! I’d be happy to send more details and answer any questions. 😁
