Ruth Tisa

Hello! I’m a functional medicine health coach passionate about creating peaceful homes that support rest and wellness. My mission is to love God and love others, and I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel at home. A little bit about me: I'm an extrovert, early bird, love Jesus, people, the outdoors, laughing, entrepreneurship, and playing board games. Ideal roommates: health conscious, clean, kind, peaceful, and this place may be best for morning people.
