Looking for a male housemate for three bedroom, three bathroom house in a very quiet neighborhood. Location is a little northeast of Murray and Scholls Blvd in South Beaverton. (Zip Code: 97008) The available bedroom is 10' x 11' (110 sq feet) plus closet. The bedroom was completely remodeled ten years. We did everything to it: new paint, new solid core doors, new carpet, new baseboard, and new light. You share a bathroom with one other guy. Bathroom was remodeled in November 2023 and includes new sink, faucet, toilet, shower faucet, and luxury vinyl plank floor. ** Room is available July 1, 2026. ** You have use of a large fully furnished kitchen (I like to cook, so have plenty of cookware and dishes), a dining room, a living room w/ gas fireplace. Much of the house was remodeled in 2016 including new flooring throughout the house (strand woven bamboo and carpet), new paint in all rooms, new doors, etc. We are clean, quiet, drama-free, and work full-time, and expect the same from any housemate. When all rooms are filled there are three renters plus myself. Two of us attend Beaverton Christian Church. House is short distance to numerous trails including the Fanno Creek trail and Powerline Trail. By car it is 2 miles to six grocery stores, 1.5 miles to 24 Hour Fitness, and 1.5 miles to Planet Fitness. The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal traffic.
