Electric and wifi bill are extra and shared as well. We have a fireplace & in unit laundry. One reserved parking space so we share that too, and switch by the week. Visitor or street parking available. Room not furnished but living and dining are. Would like a roommate who is willing to have dinner or go out for fun at least once a month to keep arrangement fun, to bond or discuss anything important. Would like at least a year commitment.
