Hello! I'm looking for a female Christian roommate to share my furnished condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. The room is available now, and I'm looking for someone interested in a 6–12 month lease. The available bedroom shares a bathroom, and the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. One parking permit is included. Rent is $1,200/month, plus $100/month for utilities ($150/month from July–September due to higher summer electricity costs). A $600 security deposit is required. One of the best parts of living here is the location! The condo is less than a 5-minute walk to Rancho Santa Margarita Lake and the trail system leading into O'Neill Regional Park, making it a great spot for walking, running, hiking, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Residents also have access to SAMLARC amenities, including the Beach Club and Lagoon, multiple pools, parks, pickleball and tennis courts. A little about me, I'm a hybrid working professional in Orange County and work from home a few days each week. Outside of work I volunteer with my church youth group and enjoy walking my dog. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicates well, enjoys a peaceful home environment, and has an active relationship with God.
